Our team is happy to announce that we have started the delivery of the BuWizz 3.0 Pro today.
It was very hard to make the set deadline. Mostly because of unexpected delays in logistic routes and some production issues, mainly delays in supply of components.
All in all, we succeeded and produced our best product yet – BuWizz 3.0 Pro.
We will do our best and send out as many orders as possible as quickly as possible. We expect to ship out all backorders in April.
Orders will be sent according to the order date. The delivery date will also depend on your location.
An additional problem is Slovenia is now entering a 12-day lockdown due to the third Covid wave, which might introduce additional delays.

I pre-ordered on March 14, 2021, have it been April 12 and no news of my order, not even an email?
Can you communicate better on the delivery. For information I have already ordered several Buwizz 2 (14) and no problem, but the no order is a bit disappointing.

We started delivery on March 31st.
We had a Covid-19 total lockdown since, which has slowed down the process, but we are doing our best.
