As the name suggest, the boat category of ROLUG Technic Xperience 2018 required contestants to build a fast, maneuverable floating vehicle.
For this stage, each boat had to be remotely controlled and capable of propelling themselves through an obstacle course in the fastest possible time.
As with other categories, scoring was tracked in regards to the fastest track time and number of interventions.
